RETURNS

We hope you love every piece you order from us. If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from delivery to return your items.

Returned pieces should arrive at our warehouse within this window. Returns received after 14 days may not be accepted. Where applicable, all approved returns will be issued as store credit, valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.

All items must be unused, unaltered, and with original tags and wrapping tissue paper packaging intact. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned via local delivery postal service.

Please note: items ordered in the wrong size cannot be returned. If you are unsure about sizing, we encourage you to reach out to our Customer Care team before placing your order.

We are unable to accept returns for items not purchased directly from our website, and we do not offer exchanges. To replace an item, please return it and place a new order for your preferred piece.
